CRRC Ad Banner Specifications

Terms

CRRC is currently offering banner advertising opportunities on its Website. Advertising contracts are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and are renewable annually until cancelled.

Ad Location and Placement

CRRC offers advertising opportunities on the following pages only:

Industry Alert page
Calendar pages
Member Services pages
Ads will occupy the right-hand, vertical column of these pages. There will be four ads per location (from top to bottom).

State Home Page Acknowledgement

In addition, all advertisers will be acknowledged on the State home page, on the right-hand, vertical column of the page. This alphabetical list of advertisers includes links to their own Websites.

Artistic Control

In general, CRRC will retain artistic control on all Website ads so that ad banners do not take away from the general integrity and ambience of the CRRC site.

Ad Development

If you do not have a banner ad designer, Cirkadia is available to develop your ad for you. At that point, you would own your ad, and could use it for any purpose. Cirkadia can be contacted at 510-214-6597 or you can email askus@cirkadia.com for more information.

CRRC Website Advertising Fees

Fees are determined by location. There is a 50% discount for companies who also advertise in the Member Roster or in The Long Haul newsletter!

Banner Size

All banners will be 180x180 pixels.

Banner Formats:

GIF, Animated GIF, JPEG, HTML. No Flash or rich media.

Banner Restrictions

Max File Size = 10K
Max Frames = 6
Max Looping = 3 times
HTML functionality cannot be simulated (Dropdown menus cannot be mere graphics, but must function as dropdowns, etc.)
Alt Tags limited to 25 characters
