On behalf of the Northern District of the California Refuse Recycling Council, it is my pleasure to invite you to attend the 2012 Joint State Convention at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino. We encourage you to start planning your trip now and making your reservations early. We fully expect to once again sell out our block of rooms, and once they are gone, there is no guarantee that additional rooms will be available at our discounted rate.
The information on these pages will step you through the process of making travel arrangements, hotel reservations, and signing up to attend the convention and golf tournament. If you have a question that isn’t answered on the website, please contact me. I will be happy to help you in any way I can.
IMPORTANT CHANGES THIS YEAR
If you don’t want to read the Event Details page, at least make sure you are aware of these significant changes this year:
- Vendor’s Showcase & HELLO! Raffle – We are limiting the trade show to CRRC members only.
- Golf Course Transportation & Golf Clubs – Shuttle service will be provided to and from The Golf Courses at Incline Village. You must take your golf clubs with you to the course. They will not be delivered in advance for you!
- Ladies Spa Appointments – When you submit your convention registration form to the CRRC office, ladies who have signed up for a spa appointment will receive instructions on scheduling their treatment directly with the spa. Charges for your appointment, including gratuity, will be billed directly to CRRC. CRRC is pleased to provide one “standard” spa service per lady. Should you wish to upgrade your complimentary service or book additional appointments, those charges will be charged to your individual portfolio. Sorry, but appointments are for ladies only, and are not transferrable to any other person!
- Holiday Rate – Group room rates are valid 4 days prior to the blocked dates of June 25 – July 1 only, subject to availability. Any stays past July 1 are subject to the hotel’s prevailing rates due to the July 4 holiday.
- Buoys – We have reserved 5 buoys available to CRRC attendees. The cost for the buoys is $150.00 per day on weekdays and $175.00 per day on weekends. First come, first served. To reserve a buoy, please contact me directly.
- Deposits – The hotel will require a deposit equal to one night’s room plus tax upon confirmation of your reservation.
- Cancellation Policy – Reservations canceled 7 days or less from arrival will be subject to one night’s room and tax.
