2012 Joint State Convention : Registration

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

The fee for each Registered Attendee entitles you to participate in all Convention Events. The fee for each Golfer entitles you to participate in all Golf Events.

For an Individual Convention registrant, the fee entitles the attendee to one participant at each event.

For Couple Convention registrants, the fee entitles the attendees to two participants at each event.

For registered attendees, the cost of attending the convention is the same, regardless of how many of the events you do or do not sign up to attend.

All additional attendees (family members, etc.) at any event are subject to additional charges. To register additional attendees for individual events not included on the registration form, contact Trish Roath at (916) 444-2772, ext. 22 or trish@crrcnorth.org.

The Golf Tournament is only available to individuals who have registered to attend the convention.

As a registration incentive, you save $100.00 per Individual or Couple by completing and submitting your registration form by May 25, 2012. After that date, the price will increase by $100.00 for each registration.

Registration forms will be accepted until the final cut-off date of June 14, 2012.

Cancellations received after May 25, 2012 are subject to a 50% penalty. Cancellations received after June 14, 2012 are non-refundable.

COUPLES - $1,195 or $995 for Convention Sponsors
INDIVIDUALS - $795 or $595 for Convention Sponsors
GOLF - $400 per golfer
