AIRLINE RESERVATIONS
CRRC has not contracted with any airline carrier for this convention. For those of you who will be flying, the hotel is located about 35 miles from the Reno/Tahoe International Airport, 100 miles from the Sacramento International Airport, and 200 miles from the San Francisco International Airport.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Following are the details you need to know to make your hotel reservations:
- Rooms have been blocked beginning Monday, June 25 thru Sunday, July 1.
- Group rates are for Mountain View guest rooms at $179.00/night, plus state and local taxes. For those interested, upgrades can be requested, pending availability, at higher rates.
- A mandatory daily resort fee of $18.00 provides additional amenities and services, including guest room Wi-Fi Internet Access, Local calls, 800 access fee, Self & Valet Parking, Fitness Center, In-room Safe, Limited Incoming & Outgoing Faxes, 24-Hour Business Center, $5.00 Casino Match Plan Coupon and Seasonal Fitness Classes.
- Rates are for single or double occupancy. The nightly rate for triple occupancy is $204.00 and for quadruple occupancy is $229.00.
- As noted above, the mandatory daily resort fee includes complimentary self and valet parking.
- Individual gratuities are at your discretion. Suggested gratuities are $8.00 per person round trip for Bell Service, and $2.00 per room per day for Housekeeping.
- Check-in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am. A late checkout is provided based on availability through authorization from the Hyatt Front Desk.
- Group room rates are valid 4 days prior to the blocked dates of June 25 – July 1 only, subject to availability, until the cut-off date of May 28, 2012. Any stays past July 1 are subject to the hotel’s prevailing rates due to the July 4 holiday.
- All reservations must be made by May 28, 2012 in order to receive the group rate.

BUOYS
CRRC has reserved 5 buoys available to convention attendees. The cost for the buoys is $150.00 per day on weekdays and $175.00 per day on weekends. First come, first served. To reserve a buoy, please contact Trish Roath, trish@crrcnorth.org, or 916-444-2772.
